- Bacteriology: Culture-anbiogram (throat, stool, urine, mucus, wound, cerebrospinal fluid), manual and automatic bacteria identification and antibiogram tests, tuberculosis culture. Microscopic examinations with Gram colour , screening tests, rapid streptococcal A test, helicobacter pylori tests in stool, ARB detection in non-sputum samples
- Virology; HB DNA, HCV RNA, HIV RNA, Herpes DNA, Tuberculosis PCR, rapid influenza tests.
- Parasitology: Parasites and parasite eggs are investigated by microscopic examination in Stool, urine and in some other in body fluids. Further amoebic dysentery is diagnosed by the Entamoeba histolytica antigen test(rotavirus, adenovirus, entamoeba). Clostridium toxin.
- Serological tests: Hepatitis A (Anti HAV Ig G and IgM), Hepatitis B (such as Hbs antigen, anti HBs), Anti HCV), Anti HIV, Toxoplasma, CMV, Rubella antibody tests, Brucella, Syphilis tests, Monotest
